About Us
LoveNotes-DFW Clergy Services
LoveNotes-DFW Clergy Services, a highly respected organization of Dallas/Fort Worth ministers and wedding officiants was founded in order to meet the needs of people who don’t have a connection to a church or who don’t know a minister, priest, rabbi or judge who can perform these services for their special event. LoveNotes can provide ministers for weddings, vow renewals, baptisms, memorial services, baby blessings, christenings, quinceañeras, house blessings, personal prayers and public invocations.
Weddings do, however, make up the majority of our business. More than 1000 Dallas/Ft. Worth wedding chapels, venues, and wedding professionals recommend LoveNotes Wedding Officiants to their brides and grooms. That’s why LoveNotes is DFW’s most trusted clergy service receiving the prestigious AACWP (American Association of Certified Wedding Planners) ‘Favorite Minister’ award 5 years in a row, along with the “Best of the Best” awards from The Knot, Wedding Wire and One Wed.
All of the LoveNotes Wedding Officiants are licensed, ordained, non-denominational ministers who perform both religious and civil ceremonies for your Dallas / Ft Worth wedding. The LoveNotes Ministers are all trained the exact same way which makes them interchangeable in the unlikely event of an emergency. At LoveNotes, we are committed to performing your wedding, your way. We will take you step by step through the planning process so you are well prepared for your wedding ceremony and feel comfortable and confident with your LoveNotes Wedding Officiant.

The LoveNotes staff is committed to the following guiding principles:
Punctuality
We believe the Wedding Officiant must never be late or arrive at the last minute for a wedding. The Wedding Officiant should be there in time to take charge, provide a sense of peace and calm, and give loving leadership to this all-important day.
Sensitivity
We believe the Wedding Officiant must be aware of awkward situations that sometimes arise at weddings and smooth things over, if necessary. He must be in touch with people’s needs, even helping the soon-to-be in-laws from becoming outlaws. He should get the couple ‘hitched without a hitch.’
Flexibility
We believe the Wedding Officiant must perform a wedding ceremony as the Bride and Groom wish; after all, it is their wedding. He also should be able to ‘roll with the punches’ if things don’t go as planned.
Availability
We believe the Wedding Officiant must be available for the Bride and Groom whenever they need him and should respond to their request within 24 hours.
Dependability
We believe the Wedding Officiant should be the one the Bride and Groom can depend on. They often look to him for answers or to handle problems that may arise before, during or after the wedding.
Professionalism
We believe the Wedding Officiant must conduct himself in such a way that everyone feels confident in his abilities and comfortable with his role as a wedding professional.
